Letting the
Masses Know
Individuals Cannot Fix a Country
At Hope for The Lifted, we advocate for meaningful, impactful change that goes beyond the individual. Our commitment is to raise awareness and foster enlightenment about the necessity of a cohesive and structured approach to addressing the challenges facing Nigeria.
Like our name suggests, there is hope for a new Nigeria and a beautiful future, but for this to happen, Nigeria needs a reset.
We cannot have a better Nigeria with the current political set-up we have. Everyone knows how bad Nigeria is at the moment and we cannot keep repeating the obvious.
- Our aim is to proffer solutions to bring about a new Nigeria. One of the main concerns we have is the belief of Nigerians that individuals will and can fix the problems of Nigeria.

Establishing Structure, Accountability, and Industrial Growth for National Development
Nigeria’s lack of defined governance structures has allowed selfishness and corruption to thrive, especially under a constitution that grants immunity and lacks strict accountability. Unlike first-world countries that rely on well-designed systems rather than praying for good leaders, Nigeria must build a strong governance framework supported by fair, enforceable laws.
This structure will limit political roles to supervision, starting development at the local government level—closest to the people—and coordinated by state and federal officials. Funds will no longer be accessible to individuals but will be managed transparently through approvals from the governor, senator, House member, and local government chairman.
Governance will shift toward a business model with clear goals. An industrial revolution will follow, with small-scale industries set up in collaboration with colleges and polytechnics to produce goods for export across Africa. Tourism will be boosted through massive road construction, led by local governments and powered by employed civil engineering graduates.
Our Objectives
Through this initiative, we’ll ensure the following;
Water Resource
There will be the provision of water in every community at a particular site chosen by each community.
Road Construction
The government will ensure all inner and state roads are built and tarred, creating jobs for engineers and surveyors.
Federal Roads
The federal roads in each state will be built by the federal offices situated in the states.
Pension
We will provide monthly pensions to all citizens over 65, regardless of their work history, upon registration with their local government.
Military Support
We will be working with the military as part of the supervisors of these structures, especially in the areas of road buildings, and cash crop farming.
Agric Initiative
We will transform Nigeria into an agricultural powerhouse by partnering with university agriculture departments to grow region-specific cash crops in each local government.
Pension Right
All citizens above 65 must register with their local government to receive a monthly pension, regardless of prior employment. This is their right—no Nigerian should go hungry.
Education Restructure
We will ensure enough schools are built and renovated, with local maintenance departments to uphold the upkeep of school and government buildings.

SUPPORT THE MOVEMENT
United We Stand, Divided We Fall!
How to defeat the politicians who destroyed the economy and the currency and the country. There is only one way to do this, and this is through a democratic way. We believe that if we are united by one cause, and this cause is the establishment of a new structure that will be enshrined into the constitution, which will limit the roles of politicians to supervision and salary reduction, the country will start afresh We believe if all the various bodies unite with us, and contribute their inputs, then we can use the platform of an existing political party with a similar ideology like ours to defeat both APC and PDP.

Governance, Economy, and National Identity for a New Nigeria

- To rebuild Nigeria, we must drastically reduce the wages of political office holders, aligning them closely with those of federal civil servants. It is unsustainable for senators and governors to earn millions monthly. Strict anti-corruption laws will be introduced, including life imprisonment for theft between ₦1–50 million and the death penalty for amounts above ₦50 million.
- We will sell existing refineries and build new, smaller ones, ensuring Nigeria drills its own crude. Affordable petrol is a right, not a luxury. Education will be free, with regular teacher assessments and retraining to reverse the decline in standards.
- National unity is key—we will eliminate “State of Origin” from forms, replacing it with “Place of Birth,” allowing any Nigerian to contest positions where they were born. We’ll also remove religion from official documents to promote love and nationalism over division.
- A sports academy will be established in every state, with trained coaches for various disciplines, bringing global best practices to Nigerian sports. These reforms aim to be entrenched in a new constitution—ensuring accountability, equity, and national progress.
